Information and Newsletters
There are a range of issues being faced by helplines and their staff. Membership with Helplines Australia provides Helpline Managers and staff with access to sharing of expertise, relevant experiences, sector issues and co-design of solutions. Members will also receive the quarterly newsletters with sector and member news as well as opportunities to promote their helpline and services.
Networking and Online Database
Bringing Helpline Managers together with each others in face-to-face and online forums will provide members with a chance to create networks for peer support, shared learning and united advocacy. Members will also receive a free listing on the Helplines Australia online helplines database.
Building on opportunities for the sharing of sector information and networking Helplines Australia members will benefit from reduced rates for training opportunities, whether online or face-to-face. The professional development program is currently being planned.

Currently being reviewed and updated, all Helplines Australia members will receive a soft copy of this valuable resources, as well as regular updates.
Financial members have the right to vote on organisational matters and special resolutions.
